A three-days-old baby, held by his mother, is vaccinated against polio. They live in the Madrasi camp, housing immigrants from Chennai (Madras) who came to Delhi looking for employment opportunities and ended up living in shacks or Jhugis, less than two meters away from the railway tracks.
